🐾 Aura is cuddly and super playful. She is also the sister of Axel who we introduced you to last week! She is 2 years old and is ready to find her way in life. Aura is fully vaccinated, spayed and is parasite free. She has received all necessary monthly preventatives. If you would like to know more about Aura, email [email protected]

💵 Want to help, but can’t adopt? There are plenty of opportunities to support Aura and her brother Axel and other pets awaiting their forever home. PAR also needs sponsors and volunteers to help with dog walking and charm school. Find out ho w you can help!

🎬 The 2nd Annual Puerto Aventuras International Film Festival is already underway in PA but you still have 4 days of great feature films, shorts, and documentaries, from over 29 countries to enjoy!

La Vagabunda de la 38 invites you to a night of music, nostalgia, and pure rock energy at their Queen Tribute Show! This is going to be a fun performance that Queen fans won’t want to miss!

🎶 Are you a music buff? If so, you are in luck! DJ Jeff Hammond and his merry crew are gathering for one LAST night of Name That Tune before they close it out for the season. If you have never participated before, it’s a super lively event where you and your team try to guess songs as fast as possible—kind of like pub trivia but all about music!

Normally it’s 50 pesos to participate and a portion of the procedes go toward a local charity. This week, it’s completely FREE to play. So grab some friends and come down to Zitla Ceiba on Calle 34 between 5th and 10th tonight. The fun starts at 6:30 PM and goes until around 9:30 PM.

👨‍🍳 Saturday, April 5th, Grill Master and social media star, Chef Navajas is coming to Playa del Carmen for a professional-level grilling course at Mexcalli Restaurant, and you're invited! I had the chance to talk directly with Chef Navajas, and let me tell you—this is going to be awesome. This guy knows his meat and his fire. 🔥

Here’s a just a “taste” of what you’ll learn to make:

Brazilian-style meat skewers and smoky beef rolls
Chamorro pork barbacoa with the chef’s secret sauces
Elote with mezcal-flamed bone marrow, topped with chapulines & chiltepín chiles
Smoked picaña with a spicy three-chile crust

🗓 The workshop will be held on Saturday, April 5 from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Mexcalli Restaurant on 5th Av. between Calles 4 & 6. Pre-sale cost for the ladies is $499 MXN, the guys pay $899 MXN. Cost includes beer + cuts of premium meat! Tickets at the door will be $1200 MXN if there is room.

The course will be in English and Spanish, and you'll get hands-on experience with next-level grilling techniques and bold, unforgettable flavors.
