🤿 Make a splash this Easter at the Underwater Easter Rock Hunt! The event will take place on Sunday, April 20, right around noon in Puerto Aventuras near the public beach access. This event is being organized by the Riviera Maya Fellowship Church but any and all children are welcome to join in the fun.

🔥 Get ready for good vibes and bold flavors this Sunday April 20 as ROOTS Jamaican Kitchen takes over Caché Hotel for a night of authentic island cuisine and live reggae beats!

Enjoy delicious and authentic Jamaican dishes by Chef Marvin and live music from Goade Reggae Band on the roftop of Caché Boutique Hotel on 15 Avenida Norte & Calle 10 Norte in downtown Playa del Carmen.

🎉 Looking for a fun way to kick off the week? Join us every Monday at Buzo’s for Playa Bingo—a lively night of prizes, raffles, and classic bingo fun, all in support of Fundación Envejeciendo con Dignidad A.C. - Aging with Dignity Foundation.

This local nonprofit works with older adults in the indigenous community of El Cedral in the municiplaity of Lázaro Cárdenas. Through home visits, therapy sessions, food donations, and social events, they help prevent loneliness and foster connection, dignity, and joy in later life.

Playa Bingo is held every Monday night at Buzo’s on Calle 26 between Av. 25 & 30. The doors open at 6:30 PM. The games start at 7:15 PM. Tickets start at 50 MXN. Anyone that brings a package of dog or cat food for Roz’s Kitty Kottage will receive an extra raffle ticket for the drawings at the end!

🥃 If you're looking for something fun and delicious to do next week, Mezcla is hosting a special night you won’t want to miss! On Monday, April 21st at 8 PM, they’re teaming up with El Tequileño for a night of tequila, margaritas, and a small tapas menu (they’re testing some new ideas for low season). Plus, you’ll get to meet Tony Salles, the master behind El Tequileño tequila!

Space is super limited, so if you’re interested, definitely make a reservation soon. It’s happening at Mezcla PDC (Calle 3 Sur between 40 and 45, Centro). For reservations, call or WhatsApp 984 177 3707. Hope to see you there—salud!

♠️ Love poker? Here’s your chance to play for fun and support a great local cause. A group of poker-playing expats hosts a monthly Texas Hold ’Em Tournament. Half of the winnings go to support Hekab Be Biblioteca, a community library and activity center in Akumal that provides free educational programs, reading support, and enrichment activities for local children.

The next tournament takes place on Tuesday, April 22 at Turtle Bay Café in Akumal. Check-in starts at 12:30 PM and the cards hit the table at 1:00 PM sharp. Space is limited to just 10 players, and advance registration is required. If you’re interested in joining the game (or future ones), hop into the WhatsApp group to get all the details and secure your seat!
